The Brasserie is one of many projects created and operated by the Holder brothers and their highly qualified team of associates. In the hospitality business for the past forty years, the group has earned a strong reputation for quality, a warm and welcoming staff, comfortable and inspired interiors and for a solid work ethic with their employees and their suppliers. If it is known and appreciated for its professional, caring and friendly service, the Brasserie’s main attraction has always been its food.
